Plastic micro machining has been added to Mikrotechs line of micro manufacturing capabilities, which are suited for components and sub assemblies used in minimally invasive device manufacturing. The company now offers precision CNC machine shop services for prototyping and short pre–production quantities to complement its low to mid volume micro molding, micro insert molding and assembly capabilities. With the addition of micro machining the company offers a comprehensive range of services to support designers and manufacturers in all phases of the product development cycle.
