Kenosha, WI, August 1, 2008 – Mikrotech, a division of ASYST Technologies LLC and a manufacturer of medical device components and sub assemblies for minimally invasive surgery, now offers plastic micro machining for thermoplastics.
Mikrotech is able to take a solid model or CAD drawing to a finished machined sample in three to four weeks. Mikrotech provides customers with this service through partnerships with proven, specialized mold tool builders located near their facility in Kenosha, WI.

Whynott will be presenting at the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) Micro Manufacturing Conference and Exhibits in the Sheraton Framingham Hotel in Framingham (Boston), MA USA on Tuesday April 22, 2008 at 1:45 p.m. (eastern time).
Mikrotech will be displaying some of our latest products at the Exhibit on Tuesday April 22, 2008. Staff will be available to answer questions at the Mikrotech booth (#27) between the hours of 12:00 to 6:30 p.m.
Mikrotech specializes in highly complex micromolded components that are smaller than 1 cm3 and require high precision tolerances. We offer cost-effective solutions for replacing stainless steel, titanium, ceramic, glass or plastic machined components and assemblies.
